The Company holds the U.S. patent for the process of Fingerprint Enrollment & Verification Module (FEVM)
for use on all types of transportation within the U.S. The FEVM can read the unique biometric profile of an individual
fingerprint and thereafter transmit this unique data to a module with stored information and either allow or decline
door locks or ignition.
Automotive PASS

The Company possesses a US process patented applications of biometric fingerprint reading technology to vehicle
lock(s) and ignition permission. This patent covers using scanning five layers deep in the epidermal layer of
the finger to authenticate the driver and permit the car ignition. The Company installed in 2009 several of its
initial automotive units in cars for demonstration to an OEM subcontractor and potential investors. The units
are no longer installed as the cars have been returned from lease.
The Company also produced a prototype production run of approximately 65 units for initial partner deployment and
proof of concept assurance. The Company has the capability to produce significant quantities of the automotive
unit in a variety of configurations ranging from just the scanner to both scanner and logic board up to the full
system with GPS integration. The Company is also prepared to license the technology to automotive OEMs.
The Company's is currently engaged in pilot project discussions with the City of Montreal and expects on LOI within
next few weeks. This pilot would occur during the 2nd and 3rd Quarters of 2010. The results of the pilot will
be used to further enhance the product offering and provide a reference customer for other fleet deployment opportunities.
US Patent 6,927,668 The Hawk Print Access Security System (PASS)
- A fingerprint enrollment and verification module is connected to the electrical circuit of a vehicle to prevent
operation of the vehicle by unauthorized users. The module has a sensor that creates a template of a fingerprint
when a finger is placed on the module. The module has a flash memory to store enrolled templates and a verification
step. After a fingerprint has been enrolled in the module, any operation of that vehicle is possible only after
the user's fingerprint is verified to match the enrolled template (Print Access Security System US Patent 6927668)
- The Hawk Print Access Security System takes advantage of the dramatically superior security features offered
by biometrics together with the convenience of never losing your "key". The encrypted algorithm that
is created by the fingerprint reader provides an unduplicated level of impenetrable security that resides literally
in the hands of the car's owner. This system does not rely on manufactured chip sets, key blanks or even access
pins.
ATM Touch & Go

The Company's Founder also has a US process patent pending for the application of biometric fingerprint reading
technology for the wireless creation of a personal identification set and the use of that data for secure finance
and consumer transactions. This patent will be licensed exclusively to the Company. This patent covers using
scanning five layers deep in the epidermal layer of the finger to authenticate a financial institution customer
and permit an ATM transaction.
The Company will have the capability to produce the ATM unit in a variety of configurations ranging from just the
scanner to both scanner and logic board up to the full system with RFID communication between the ATM card and
the ATM. The Company is also prepared to license the technology to ATM OEMs.
The ATM product leverages the technology developed for the automotive access with modifications specifically for
financial customers. The Company is currently working on a Letter of Intent with a regional bank to pilot up to
8 ATM machines based on the pending patent during the 2nd and 3rd Quarters of 2010. The results of this pilot
will be used to further enhance the product offering and provide a reference customer for growth into the ATM market.
US Patent Application SN 11/622,48, The Hawk Touch & Go POS
- The use of a wireless system for the creation of a personal identification data set (PIDS) for communication
to a secure server within a controlled facility.
- The Touch & Go Biometric POS application will provide convenience with complete security against identity
theft and fraud to both financial institutions and consumers. Consumers will be able to benefit with huge savings
by being a VIP member of the participating retailer. The consumer will simply sign up at the POS location and enroll
multiple fingerprints into the Hawk system which will be attached to the consumer's account of choice, (i.e. Visa,
MasterCard, Amex, and Debit). From that point forward all the consumer will do is Touch & Go. Cashless transactions
completely eliminates identity theft and fraud, while allowing the retailer to learn more about their consumers
buying habits and keep track of inventory
